Our youth mentorship program is an initiative designed to empower young people with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities needed to drive positive change in our communities.

We focus on environmental conservation, job-readiness, nutrition, entrepreneurship, and leadership, to equip students and graduates with the tools they need to succeed both personally and professionally.

We lay emphasis on peer mentorship, to foster a generation of responsible, skilled, and socially conscious youth committed to building a sustainable and prosperous future for themselves and their communities.

 Youths for Environmental Conservation

Our mentorship program engages youth in hands-on environmental conservation efforts, such as tree planting and climate-smart agriculture. By participating in these activities, young people develop a deep sense of environmental responsibility and are empowered to become advocates for sustainability within their communities. They also mentor 4K Club members, passing on these vital values to the next generation.

Job-readiness Training

We prepare young people for the workforce through tailored workshops that cover resume writing, interview techniques, and professional etiquette. In addition to technical skills, we emphasize leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving to ensure our participants are fully equipped for success in any professional setting.

Agripreneurship and Land Access Rights

Our youth mentorship training in agripreneurship equips young people with the skills and knowledge to succeed in agricultural ventures. We provide training on land access rights and leasing for agribusiness, helping participants navigate legal processes and secure land for sustainable farming. By empowering youth with these essential tools, we aim to foster a new generation of agripreneurs contributing to food security and rural development.
