Agustine Majiwa
Project Officer
Agustine Majiwa is an enthusiastic and dedicated professional with a strong passion for community development and youth empowerment. He is the initiator of the Kids Camp at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology, a program designed to inspire and engage children through interactive and educational activities.
With over three years of experience in the private sector, Agustine has gained valuable expertise in administrative and educational roles. He previously served as the Golf Assistant Administrator at Kakamega Sports Club, where he honed his leadership and organizational skills. Additionally, he worked as an Assistant Physical Education and Health Teacher at Mikisa Group of Schools in Karen, Nairobi, fostering students' physical well-being and health awareness.
Agustine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion and Sports Science from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology. He has also earned a certificate in the Virtues International Project for Community Development, further enhancing his commitment to community-driven initiatives.
Agustine is now channeling his experience and passion into his role as Project Officer for the Sorghum Value Addition Project, where he is committed to advancing sustainable agriculture and creating opportunities for local communities.
